Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bikaner for the position of Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing company policies to ensure store efficiency and compliance.

  • Knowledge of retail operations, sales trends, and inventory management
  • Problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the footwear or retail industry is a strong advantage
