Role Overview:

Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day boutique operations and strategic sales planning
• Deliver personalized

  bridal and occasion-wear consultations

  to high-value clients
• Drive revenue growth during wedding seasons, festivals, and designer trunk shows
• Lead, coach, and groom the sales team to uphold luxury service standards
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising aligned with premium brand aesthetics
• Oversee inventory management, stock inward/outward, and coordination with designers and vendors
• Handle VIP clients, custom orders, fittings, and post-sales follow-ups
• Monitor billing accuracy, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation
• Maintain boutique ambience, grooming standards, and service etiquette

Desired Profile:

• Strong exposure to

  luxury bridal or ethnic wear retail

• In-depth knowledge of Indian fabrics, zari, embroidery, handloom, and bridal styling
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (Hindi / regional language preferred)
• Confident in handling high-net-worth and bridal clientele
• Leadership skills with a polished, professional presence
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and MS Office

Experience & Education:

• 47 years of experience in

  premium or luxury ethnic fashion retail

• Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role

Graduate preferred (Fashion / Retail Management background is an advantage )
