Assistant Manager- Medical Sales will be responsible for annual sales strategy and execution for the medical channel, driving growth and achieving KPIs through strategic planning and deep market understanding. Cultivate Thought Leaders for the product portfolio, amplify brand awareness among healthcare professionals, and foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless product launches and successful promotional initiatives. Leverage strong interpersonal skills and techno-commercial acumen to engage diverse stakeholders and drive sales success.
1.Develop and implement annual sales and coverage plan and oversee the execution with periodic monitoring of KPI and sales targets.
2.Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions (e.g., current customers, potential customers, competitors) in assigned channel, and develop a strategy to achieve KPI and company goals.
3.Develop thought Leaders for the medical grade product portfolio, to ensure propagation of the communication objectives and increase awareness amongst other Health Care Professionals. Meet and develop important customers and members of hospital channel.
4.Coordination with various internal teams and external partners to ensure onboarding new product range and services for hospital / medical channel
5.Collaborate with medical marketing to develop promotional and communication initiatives in alignment with defined planning cycles for key stakeholders. Ensure sufficient support, including product services and training, is provided to the field and relevant stakeholders.
6.Work with the key stakeholders in the Hospital / Government (tender business) /pharma industry - Client/ healthcare professional / Consultant/ Convertor to increase sales and increase products and brand awareness.
7.Strong interpersonal skills and techno-commercial ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders with diverse functions and backgrounds.
Should have excellent communication skills with masters degree in Sales and Marketing and having minimum 7 years of sales experience.
Should chart the course for team success. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product potential to set ambitious yet achievable goals and develop winning sales strategies.
Person should inspire and empower his channel partner team to reach their full potential. Provide tailored coaching, build trust, and foster a collaborative environment where individual talents shine.
Data Decoder: Translate numbers into actionable insights. Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement to optimize results and maximize revenue.
Relationship Architect: Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and key decision-makers. Foster trust, navigate complex healthcare dynamics, and advocate for your company's products with unparalleled professionalism.
