We are urgently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Manager - Operations (Sales) to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations and a proven track record of driving sales performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and implement solutions.
- Provide training and support to sales staff to enhance their performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address any operational issues.
- Assist in forecasting sales and managing inventory levels.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
