Position - Assistant Manager – Marketing Technology (Technical Marketer)


Location: Gurugram (Hybrid / Work From Home)

We are hiring an Assistant Manager - Marketing Technology (Technical Marketer) to support our Senior Brand Marketing Manager in projects spanning website development, branding, SEO, PPC, and digital growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine coding, digital marketing, and problem-solving to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities


Website Development & Optimization

  • Build, maintain, and optimize responsive website pages (HTML, CSS, Java).
  • Implement SEO elements including metadata, schema, and performance improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Digital Marketing & SEO

  • Assist with the execution SEO tasks: audits, on-page optimization, keyword strategy.
  • Assist in PPC campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
  • Use AI tools (including ChatGPT) to automate workflows and boost productivity.
  • Research competitors and contribute to marketing strategies.

Project & Brand Support

  • Partner with the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager on branding, SEO, PPC, and website projects.
  • Prepare structured reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and media teams for timely project delivery.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs across websites, SEO, and PPC.
  • Use GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and related tools to generate insights.
  • Provide clear performance updates with recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in technical or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong coding skills (HTML, CSS, Java) with web development experience.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and PPC fundamentals.
  • Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Merchant Center, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in multinational environments or fast-paced startups preferred.
  • Automotive enthusiasm, DIY mindset, or hands-on car knowledge is strongly preferred.
