Job Description

Job Role:
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Marketing Manager for our Electrical Business who will manage the complete sales cycle, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from enquiry generation to order booking.
  • Generate and develop new leads across New Projects, EPC Contractors, Industrial clients, Utilities, and OEMs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Industrial Consultants, OEMs, and Turnkey Contractors, from pre-tendering stage through execution.
  • Create rapport and effectively manage client expectations, ensuring continuous engagement.
  • Make techno-commercial presentations, lead discussions and negotiations with key stakeholders.
  • Regularly update and report sales funnel progress and activity status to Head Office; weekly review mandatory.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with organizational goals.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis and share intelligence with the management team.
  • Assist in collection of payments and statutory documents from clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless pre-order and post-order customer service.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate – B.E. Electrical preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of proven sales/business development experience in Electric Motors or allied products.
  • Specialization in Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales, OEM Sales, and Client Servicing.
  • Ability to confidently engage and influence senior decision-makers (Project Managers, VP Purchase, Heads of Electrical departments, etc.).
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, manage time well, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
