Assistant Manager - Marketing & Sales

As an Assistant Manager in Marketing & Sales, your role will involve managing all marketing activities within the department. Your responsibilities will include: - Devising and finalising marketing budget - Developing promotional and marketing materials - Devising strategic marketing plans and implementing them - Organising campaigns, exhibitions, etc. - Finalising content for brochures, hoardings, flyers - Coordinating digital marketing efforts - Developing strategies to identify potential clients and market the product - Monitoring market information regularly - Providing market information and competitor activities to top management - Supervising and coordinating launch-related activities - Sending details of new properties to your database - Exploring new sales and marketing channels - Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities - Managing and improving lead generation campaigns - Overseeing brand management and corporate identity - Preparing online and print marketing campaigns - Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications - Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are informed of marketing objectives - Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing Qualifications required for this role include a Degree/MBA with at least 5 years of experience, with experience in the construction field being mandatory. This is a full-time, permanent position with the benefit of cell phone reimbursement. The work location is in person.
