Job Description

As an Assistant Manager Sales at Anand Asahi water meters, your role involves promoting AWM water meter products and contributing to extensive business development and revenue growth at a national level. You will work closely with the sales and marketing department and top management to achieve company targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop sales strategies to promote water meters within Kerala and other regions. - Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and channel partners. - Engage with plumbers, dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and water supply companies to promote products. - Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up for order closure. - Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends. - Collaborate with management on pricing, negotiation, and sales strategies. Skills & Qualifications: - 2-4 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the water meter industry or related sectors. - Proficiency in communication, including Malayalam, English, Hindi, and additional regional languages. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently towards set targets. - Willingness to undertake extensive market tours, fieldwork, and client visits to secure new orders. - Basic computer knowledge. - Possession of a valid driving license is an added advantage. In this role, you will receive a salary as per industry standards along with incentives based on sales performance. This is a full-time, permanent position with an in-person work location.
