Assistant Manager - Marketing & Sales

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic motivated and result-oriented sales professional for the post of Assistant Manager – Sales ..to support and strengthen the companys Sales & marketing dept and the top managment , to promnote extensive business development and revenue growth for Anand Asahi water meters across the country at all India level. The candidate will play a key role in promoting AWM water meter products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving companys business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop sales strategies for promoting water meters in Kerala and outside the state .

Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, referrals & channel partners

Meet plumbers, dealers, distributors, builders, contractors and water supply related companies to promote product

Prepare sales proposals, quotations and follow-up for order closure

Track competitor products, pricing and market movement

Work closely with management for pricing, negotiation and sales strategies

Ensure timely collection of payments from clients

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2-4 years experience in Sales/Marketing -preferably in water meter industry / plumbing / construction/building material sector preferred)

Good communication skills -Including Malayalam, English and Hindi and any other regional language an added advantage

Strong negotiation & presentation skills

Ability to work independently with targets

Comfortable in undertaking extensive market tours and field work alongside client visits for booking new orders.

Basic computer knowledge
Valid driving license is an added advantage

Salary- As per industry standards + incentives based on sales performance.
