Job Description

Job Role:
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Marketing Manager for our Cables Business who will manage the complete sales cycle, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from enquiry generation to order booking.
  • Identify, generate, and develop new leads to expand customer base.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with Consultants, OEMs, Industrial Houses, and PSUs.
  • Handle prospecting and acquisition of new clients for the assigned product range.
  • Conduct techno-commercial discussions, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Ability to confidently engage and influence senior decision-makers (Project Managers, VP Purchase, Heads of Electrical departments, etc.).
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Strong consultative and solution-oriented selling skills; experience handling complex B2B sales cycles of 3 months or more.
  • Proven ability to identify, penetrate, and develop key accounts through strategic planning.
  • Perform market and competitor analysis and update management on competitor activities.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams for timely submission of offers, tenders, and order execution.
  • Assist in payment collection and follow-up for statutory documents from customers.
  • Regularly update and report sales activities and sales funnel status to Head Office; weekly reviews mandatory.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant B2B experience in marketing/sales of cables.
  • Strong techno-commercial knowledge and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate – B.E. Electrical preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, manage time well, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
