Were looking for a driven and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. Youll be at the forefront of our digital marketing effortsowning campaigns, optimizing performance, and playing a critical role in lead generation and nurturing. Key Responsibilities : Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and brand awareness including but not limited to Case Studies, Blogs, Emails Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms Create and maintain email workflows, landing pages, lead nurturing sequences, and performance reports in HubSpot Implement and refine lead scoring, segmentation, and automation strategies to move leads through the funnel Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic Handle day-to-day social media management (organic + paid) to boost engagement and traffic Proficient in creating clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content tailored to target audiences across various digital platforms. Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, ad platform dashboards, and report on KPIs Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, design, content) to ensure brand and message alignment Qualification: 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in SEO, paid ads, and HubSpot (Preferred Marketing Automation tool) Proven ability to manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta Strong understanding of SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) with a track record of driving organic traffic Proficiency in using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other relevant tools for campaign optimization and reporting Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
