Marketing Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives in the interior design and turnkey contracting domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies and strong industry networking.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns through both digital and offline channels.
• Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure effective lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Support project acquisition by preparing impactful presentations, portfolios, and pitch decks.
• Align marketing strategies with business development goals and annual revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and identify emerging opportunities in commercial and institutional segments.
• Build, leverage, and expand a strong professional network of architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and contractors.
• Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendors to enhance referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or construction industries.
• Proven success in network-based lead generation and strong industry connections.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in brand building and project acquisition.
