Job Description

Position : Marketing Manager (Male Candidates Only)

Job Summary:

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies
to promote food products across retail, foodservice, and digital channels.
Plan and implement
seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
(e.g., holiday specials, limited-time offers).
Oversee and grow the bakerys
digital presence
, including website, email marketing, social media and online ordering platforms.
Conduct
market research
to understand customer preferences, trends in the bakery sector and competitor activities.
Analyze
marketing campaign performance
using KPIs and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness.
Develop and manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
food industry regulations
including labeling and advertising guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the
bakery, food, or FMCG industry
.
Strong knowledge of
consumer marketing, brand building
, and
digital marketing tools.
Passion for baked goods and familiarity with trends in the industry.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to think creatively while also being highly analytical and results-oriented.
