Marcom Specialist
to lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, content strategies, and digital platform initiatives, especially around our transformative platform –
Ingram Micro Xvantage
. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B tech environment and knows how to blend creativity with analytics to drive engagement, adoption, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Xvantage Platform Marketing
- Act as the India marketing lead for Xvantage, supporting platform adoption, feature rollouts, and partner onboarding.
- Work closely with global and regional teams to localize Xvantage campaigns and drive measurable outcomes.
- Content Marketing
- Develop and own a content calendar aligned with business goals and campaigns.
- Create, curate, and localize engaging B2B content (blogs, social posts, case studies, thought leadership, video briefs) that resonates with IT channel personas (resellers, SIs, ISVs, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies for high-quality content creation and publishing.
- Campaign Management
- Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across digital media to promote vendor offerings and drive demand.
- Work with the Global Digital Team to leverage assets, tools, and best practices.
- Track and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Social & Digital Presence
- Manage Ingram Micro India’s social media presence, especially on LinkedIn, building community marketing, driving brand awareness, platform updates, and engagement.
- Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and brand alignment.
- Website and SEO
- Oversee content updates on the Ingram Micro India website and Xvantage India page.
- Implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and traffic.
- Work with developers or platform teams to improve UX and content discoverability.
- Vendor Co-Marketing & Platform Enablement
- Collaborate with the Global Digital team to contribute to the Vendor GTM Hub – enabling technology vendors with reusable digital assets.
- Support MDF-based marketing campaigns by creating campaign briefs, content, and digital deliverables.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or MarCom roles (B2B tech preferred).
- Solid understanding of the IT channel ecosystem in India.
- Hands-on experience in running paid and organic campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta.
- Proficient in CMS tools (WordPress or equivalent), basic HTML/CSS, and web optimization practices.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
