Qualifications Masters in any field with CSR & Fund Raising
Experience 5-10 YearsWe are looking for professionals who should have essential skills as Grant Writing, Fundraising, Strong Writing & Reporting and Stakeholder management

The Broad Key Responsibilities Are Stated As Below -
To constantly lookout for new donors and device strategies to reach out to new donors andpartner with them for long time / short time

To work with project teams and understand the current and future fund requirements

To prepare appeals, proposals, analytical reports, concept notes, presentations etc
with thehelp of Head of Development

Research and Raise Funds through the new Govt
funding/Charities and Foundations/ Applyfor Grants after EDs approval

Servicing the existing Charities, Foundations & Corporate by regular updates with reports on
or before deadlines after collecting & editing info collected from the field teamAnd also Updatethem with WTI activities and achievements

To communicate regularly with the field team in order to keep the concern C & F updated with
latest info

To organise visits of existing & Potential Donors to Project site and ensure to visit along with
them

To understand the donor requirement & psychology and prepare accurate and exciting reports
for the donor and accordingly edit the proposals as per WTI framework

Based on the requirement, participate in meetings with existing and potential donors

To assist the HoD in meetings with potential donor and also in promotion, management of E-
Commerce platform of WTI
