Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional (Assistant Manager / Manager level) with a strong foundation in Company Secretaryship or Marketing. This role involves program coordination, stakeholder engagement, business development, and execution of corporate governance initiatives in the region.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct research on emerging corporate governance and compliance developments.
  • Support development & delivery of Governance Training Programs for clients.
  • Analyze market and regulatory trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, MIS, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Drive membership management, client engagement & advisory support.
  • Achieve regional annual revenue and business growth targets.
  • Execute marketing and promotional campaigns — upsell, cross-sell, and retain business.
  • Strengthen alliances, partnerships, and institutional network.
  • Assist in planning, coordination & execution of events and conferences.
  • Provide administrative coordination wherever necessary.


Requirements:


✔ CS (Semi-Qualified) or MBA (Marketing) or equivalent

✔ 1–3+ years’ experience in corporate governance, marketing, or related field

✔ Excellent communication skills (English – written & verbal)

✔ Strong interest in Business Development, Lead Generation & Revenue Growth

✔ Proficiency in market research and marketing campaign execution

✔ Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

✔ Analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decisions

✔ Ability to adapt and multitask in fast-paced environments

✔ Experience in managing external partnerships is preferred
