You need to be a HODLer of these Post Graduate degree in Finance, Business, or related fields 3+ years of relevant work experience in the Equity/BFSI markets Existing Channel Partner network is preferred Ability to thrive in a 0 to 1 business vertical with ambitious goals Demonstrated ownership of business goals Understanding of crypto and blockchain is a plusYou will be mining through these tasks The candi will be expected to source, acquire and onboard business partners for CoinDCX Identify and approach potential channel partners (sub-brokers) through various means, including field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals
This role is going to have specified Revenue targets to be achieved quarterly Acquire channel partners through push based outreach, any other lead gen activities, networking and referrals
Gradually develop a pull based model which is self sustaining Target end customer base (that the channel partners will help onboard) will be both investors and traders, although trading audiences will be a priority Organize on ground activations and regular partner connects (offline and online) Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
This will entail complete ownership of lead generation strategy, partner prospecting, training and engagement, commission structures closure and onboarding procedures Prospective Partners must be vetted before onboarding to check fitment with respect to CoinDCXs values and user-first principles Targets driven role and incentives will be linked to achievement of targets Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
