🔍 What You’ll Do

✔ Draft, review & negotiate key commercial contracts (Leave & License, Lease Deeds, LOIs, NDAs, MoUs, etc.)

✔ Coordinate across departments for timely contract execution

✔ Support legal due diligence & compliance

✔ Handle legal notices and internal queries with precision

✔ Stay updated with legal & regulatory developments

✔ Maintain legal MIS & manage contract tracking systems

✔ Liaise with external counsels and support litigation follow-ups

💡 What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills

✅ In-depth knowledge of contract law, IPR, and procedural law

✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

✅ Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive

✅ Proficiency in MS Office & Google Suite

✅ Ability to multitask and collaborate cross-functionally
