Job Title: Assistant Manager – Personal Branding & Public Relations

Location: Noida Sector 63
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 years (Fresher with strong portfolio may also be considered)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as Assistant Manager – Personal Branding & PR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing the public image of our brand and key leadership personnel. You will play a vital role in enhancing the brand’s presence across digital, media, and event platforms through strategic communication and content-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Branding:
  • Develop and execute a personal branding strategy for the brand and its leadership (Founders/CEO).
  • Build thought leadership profiles through media interactions, speaking opportunities, and content publication.
  • Public Relations & Media Handling:
  • Create and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, influencers, and PR agencies.
  • Draft press releases, media kits, and handle press coverage opportunities.
  • Monitor media trends and brand sentiment.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align PR campaigns with overall brand and marketing goals.
  • Identify new marketing and PR ideas to promote the brand effectively across channels.
  • Support digital campaigns and event marketing initiatives.
  • Content & Social Media Management:
  • Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, interviews, and press materials.
  • Manage personal social media profiles of brand representatives (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter etc.)
  • Event Participation & Coordination:
  • Identify and coordinate speaking opportunities, panel discussions, podcasts, and interviews for the brand and founders.
  • Support participation in industry events and award shows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in public relations, personal branding, marketing, or communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms, content tools, and media engagement strategies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing social media for a personal or executive brand.
  • A strong network of media contacts and influencers.
  • Knowledge of trends in branding, personal image, and public sentiment.
