What you will do.
Training & Facilitation
  • Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions for sales teams.
  • Facilitate product, process, credit and policy training.
  • Conduct induction programs, refreshers, and assessments.
  • Use practical sales experience and case studies during sessions.
Content Development
  • Prepare training PPTs, manuals, job aids and sales scripts.
  • Support basic video creation for training purposes.
  • Maintain content and training records.
Operational Responsibilities
  • Handle training calendars, coordination and communication.
  • Maintain attendance, MIS and training reports in MS Office.
  • Track feedback, improvements and outcomes.
What we are looking for.
This role suits someone who has:
  • Prior experience in NBFC / Financial Services preferred
  • Background in Sales, with a transition into Training / Facilitation / L&D (optional)
  • Experience in conducting and facilitating training programs for sales teams
  • Strong exposure to training content development and instructional design
  • Hands-on knowledge of SCORM-compliant files and LMS deployment
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline / Rise) for e-learning creation
  • Ability to customize training content aligned with sales processes and business needs
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
