Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    The primary purpose of this role is to support the IT Manager in overseeing the IT department, ensuring that the company's IT infrastructure and systems run efficiently, reliably, and securely.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Managing and overseeing the work of Project Implementation - Monitoring application Bug/Requirement - Monitor & track on site business team on application support periodically - Assisting the manager in organising, planning and implementing strategy - Training and coaching site business team on the application process - Maintaining records and follow up with technical team on the target dates of delivery - Providing clarity and status update on the respective stakeholders - Basic business process of container, Dry Cargo or Liquid, added advantages - Ensure adherence to VAPT compliance. - Any other duties/work that may be assigned by the management from time to time - Maintaining Records and Reports on Daily / Monthly basis on the application status - Co-ordination with Site Business Team, Site IT Team, Application Technical Team, Application Support Team & participate in external user training.

    Application Implementation,Support Service,Terminal Operating System,VAPT

Qualifications and Experience


    - Previous experience in Application Designing / Application Rollout. Knowing Container Terminal / Dry Cargo Terminal / Liquid Terminal process, added advantages - Graduates in IT field - 2-5 years of experience.
