Implementing advanced modules like Expert Decking, Auto Stow Prime Route, ASC Scheduler, Horizontal Transport Scheduler, etc. Mentoring Terminal Control Room users in their daily tasks Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field. Minimum of 5 ~ 7 years of experience in Terminal Operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with a focus on Optimization. Experience in managing key client relationships & business consulting. Someone who can think out of the box and make recommendations that add value to our clients. Previous working experience in a project environment and having the ability to understand key milestones, risks & change management. Proven track record of successful optimization projects in a container terminal or similar environment. Experience with Terminal operating systems (TOS - Navis in particular) or other relevant software tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and optimization techniques. Ability to travel as required for site assessments and client engagements. A candidate with qualification as UG - Civil and PG - Marine Structures is MUST. Role & responsibilities To lead and direct the CFS to ensure efficient and safe operations, management, and financial performance of the CFS. Preferred candidate profile Any masters degree with an in depth understanding of CFS operations. Around 12-15 years of experience, of which at least 3 years at a senior management role preferably in a CFS. Advance knowledge and know-how of shipping and CFS functioning. Good interpersonal skills / etiquette for effective and efficient communication. Experience in Marketing, Business Development Finance and Operations of CFS. Strong customer focus and the ability to demonstrate strong leadership, decision making and people management skills. Role & responsibilities Purpose of the Job (Main Objective): Responsible for the Operation of the Refrigerated Propane / Butane / LPG Terminal in shifts including unloading/loading Operations of marine vessels/ships, bulk road tanker loading operations, Refrigerated Tanks and Mounded Tanks operations, and operation of various equipment in the terminal for safe and efficient operations. On of the prime requirements is to be well aware of Safety requirements in a LPG/Propane/Butane handling terminal Deliverables / Key Responsibilities: During the Project execution phase : Develop a complete understanding of Process design and engineering, P&ID drawings, HAZOP reports, in-depth evaluation of operations, Pre-commissioning, Pre-start up safety review, commissioning and all other activities associated to a LPG/Propane/Butane terminal. • To continuously study, evaluate and prepare commissioning of terminal operations Coordinate with suppliers and contractors in the execution of construction, precommissioning and commissioning operation of the greenfield terminal. Thoroughly understand the various works being executed at site, coordinate with other lead engineers, and prepare a detailed plan to execute the project/construction activity. • During the Commissioning and Operation phase, be the architect in the planning, coordination and execution of Project pre-commissioning and commissioning management activities. • Takeover of the terminal assets into operational mode and ensure smooth transition and stabilization of operations. During Terminal Operations • Responsibility during the terminal operations will be the management of all technical aspects of Operations and maintenance of the LPG Terminal, including the Storage Area, Jetty Area, Control Room, Fire Fighting System and Truck Loading gantry Scope and responsibility of Operations will more specifically include : 1) Tank-Truck loading operations 2) Pumphouse and tank farm operations 3) DCS Control room operations 4) Jetty ship loading / unloading operations 5) Fire Protection System 6) Bulk truck emergency rescue operations Developing and maintaining Safe Operating Procedures and ensure its strict implementation including training of junior engineers. • Operation and basic maintenance of mechanical equipment, storage tanks, Cross country pipelines, buildings, roads, etc in the Terminal. • Operate and monitor the Terminals DCS system for a fully automated LPG facility. Execute Terminal daily stock reconciliation, Receipt from ships reconciliation, and every month end inventories reconciliation. Conduct routine facility safety and security inspections as per Terminal SOP. Facilitate regular facility inspection and work with the HSE and maintenance teams to establish and implement maintenance controls/measures. • Report to Deputy Manager Operations and Manager Operations for all day to day activities and operations. Role & responsibilities Lead the Regional Reliability & Asset Management Engineering function covering all Business Units in SCO & MENA region. Development and mapping of Engineering programs, policies, and procedures to Global policies to ensure no discrepancy and ensure its implementation to be properly documented. Maximizing efficiency by ensuring equipment availability & reliability Drive Engineering excellence across businesses & projects that improve Organisation Sustainability & maintain a Continual Improvement approach. Ensure compliance of safety standards and safe working practices. Ensure BUs use the Total Cost of Ownership approach throughout the asset lifecycle; the BU EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) shall follow the global Engineering strategy for standardization and the EAMS configuration shall follow the global standards. Review & Ensure GEAR (Global Equipment Asset Register) details is kept up to date with the latest information / data incl. all new purchases / disposals. Ensure adherence to Engineering & Reliability Framework to meet strategic objectives at a BU level and at regional level. Adhere to Structural Inspection Manual ( SIM ) of critical assets. Ensure BUs have adopted LEAN methodologies to target waste reduction in all Engineering activities. Ensure BUs maintain Engineering Risk Register and allocate necessary investment and resources to manage the risks following the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Ensure that BUs follow the equipment technical specifications as prescribed in I-Spec for Equipment procurement and advise on service level agreements with tenderers and service providers. Ensure Life Cycle plans are maintained for critical assets to link the required investment to support the assets to their retained risk. Regularly assess and review infrastructure, equipment and resource capabilities and strategically plan remedy gaps to meet organizational goals on short- and long-term basis. Should be up to date with norms, regulations, best practices in handling heavy loads, hazardous containers/ cargoes, safe working procedures, regulatory & statutory compliances. Good interpersonal skills, oral/written communication skills, excellent team building capabilities, planning, negotiation, and decision-making skills including ability to prepare high level reports for Executives and external parties. Be able to work independently in a multi-cultural environment with strong awareness of formal and informal organizational structures. Knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting businesses and organisation. To prepare pending payment report and publish on weekly basis. Any other activities advised by Reporting manager. To maintain Detailed Data for the commodities and share as and when available in terms of MIS To verify the SAP Stock, Physical Stock & Port Stock w.r.t. PO on daily basis and highlight any difference.
