Job Description

Assist the IT Manager in developing and implementing the organizations IT strategy and objectives.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
Ensure the security of information systems, including implementing and monitoring data backup and disaster recovery plans.
Manage and coordinate IT projects, including gathering requirements, developing project plans, and ensuring timely completion.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners to procure and implement technology solutions.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations. Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT systems to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate security measures.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
Manage the IT budget, including cost estimation, budget allocation, and monitoring expenses.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on IT performance, projects, and initiatives.
Any other responsibility as may be given by the appropriate authority.

OTHER INDICATIVE REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

Candidate having master degree in related field will be given preference.
