Assistant Manager - IT

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager (IT Product Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development within the IT or technology sector and must hold an MBA from a recognized institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B and B2C sales of IT products and software solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong client relationships.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales support.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Participate in exhibitions, product launches, and promotional events.

Required Qualifications

• MBA (mandatory) – preferably in Marketing, Sales, or IT Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in IT product sales or business development.
• Strong understanding of software, IT solutions, and digital transformation trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales.
• Familiarity with any CRM tools
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
