React.js Web Developer

React.js Web Developer (1–3 Years Experience)

We are seeking a talented and motivated React.js Web Developer to join our development team and contribute to the modernization of large-scale government web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices, with a passion for building scalable, accessible, and high-performance web interfaces.

This is an onsite position, offering the opportunity to work closely with an experienced and mission-driven team on high-impact e-Governance and digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and related front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with backend teams (Spring Boot microservices, API Gateway) and UI/UX designers to deliver dynamic, data-driven applications.
• Build and maintain reusable UI components and ensure consistency across government service modules.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and authentication layers securely using standardized practices.
• Implement localization (e.g., English–Malayalam) and accessibility standards for citizen-facing portals.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, reviews, and team discussions to ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation for long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a React.js Developer with expertise in React Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries (Redux / Zustand / Recoil).
• Strong skills in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
• Familiarity with modern build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or Babel.
• Proficiency with Git, branching workflows, and version control.
• Understanding of frontend security, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, onsite team environment.
• Prior experience in government or enterprise-scale projects is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
