Assistant Manager (Industrial Project Sales)

Responsible for promoting and selling electrical products and solutions for various projects, including infrastructure, industrial, and commercial applications.Responsibilities include building relationships with stakeholders such as contractors and architects, driving sales within a designated region, developing market strategies, forecasting sales, managing key accounts, and coordinating with internal teams like production and technical support to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts within the project sales segment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Conduct market potential surveys and propose strategies for new product introductions and market expansion.

Sales Management:

Meet and exceed assigned sales forecasts and performance KPIs for project sales.

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote electrical products and solutions.

Promote the company's products to target clients in the project market.

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and large projects.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve service-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Technical & Product Support:

Provide technical expertise and product information to clients.

Coordinate with the service and installation teams to ensure timely project execution and issue resolution.

Market & Competition Analysis:

Monitor industry developments and competitor activities.

Provide feedback and data to production, management, and technical teams.

Reporting:

Submit regular reports on market developments, competition, and sales progress.

Qualification And Experience:

1.BE or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics with 7-12 Years of Experience Strong understanding of the electrical industry.

2.Proven experience in project sales, institutional sales, or business development.

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4.Ability to build and manage client relationships.

5.Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and team management.

6.Familiarity with key stakeholders in the industry, construction and project management industry.

7.Strong experience in B2B/industrial sales.

8.Ability to work independently and achieve results in a competitive market.
