Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Incedo Technology Solutions Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and financial services, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the development of new technology solutions for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with new technology projects.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience with project management tools and technologies is an added advantage.
