Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Neemrana, Rajasthan. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing various HR management tasks. The role involves day-to-day HR administrative work, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in handling Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
