Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Executive / Asst. Manager Pre-Press Design & Development in the Offset Printing & Premium Packaging Division. The role involves managing design projects from conception to production, creating innovative packaging designs, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring that all designs meet client specifications and quality standards. The individual will also be responsible for overseeing the reprographics process and integrating client branding into every design.

Qualifications

• Proficient on latest versions of Artpro Plus, AI, Coreldraw & Artios Cad.
• Proficiency in Offset Printing, Premium Packaging design, and Flexo and Litho Corrugated Cartons
• Experience in creating and managing specialised printing, coating, and branding solutions
• Skills in Pre-Press reprographics, design innovation, and integrated solutions in corrugated packaging
• Ability to design POP/POS Displays and work with paper and wooden pallets
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
• Experience in client communication and collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
