Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:• Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,interviewing, and hiring candidates across various functions and levels within the organization.• Job Posting: Develop compelling job descriptions and post job openings on relevant job boards,social media platforms, and the company website.• Sourcing Strategies: Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and activecandidates, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, job fairs, networking events, and employee referrals.• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitmentprocess by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and managingexpectations.• Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, working closely with hiring managersto assess candidate fit and make informed hiring decisions.• Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice by developing andexecuting employer branding initiatives.• Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to optimize the recruitment process.
