Assisting the line manager to perform their duties.
Conducting Recruitment process for on-Roll and Off-Roll employees.
Facilitate onboarding and Exit formalities.
Assisting in preparation of monthly payroll of employees
Handling & management of all contractual Staff & Vendors.
Attendance Management & record keeping of all employees.
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
Preparing all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the line manager.
Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
Assistance for internal audit, maintaining the required records, and providing the data whenever required.
Upkeeping employee personal files.
Other duties or projects as assigned.
