About the Role:

Assistant Manager HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage

  Darwinbox HRMS implementation

  and integration.
• Oversee and execute background verification processes for new hires.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline HR workflows and enhance employee experience.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, policies, and documentation.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven

  Darwinbox implementation

  experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and background verification procedures.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• MBA with at least 2 years of relevant experience

  OR

  Graduate with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in HR systems and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
