Job Title: Assistant Manager HR Location: Mumbai (Near CST Station) Salary: ?67 LPA Experience: MBA with minimum 2 years of experience OR Graduate with minimum 4 years of experience Notice Period: Maximum 1 month About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Assistant Manager HR with hands-on experience in Darwinbox implementation . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR operations, background verification, and HR system deployment to ensure smooth organizational processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Darwinbox HRMS implementation and integration. Oversee and execute background verification processes for new hires. Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline HR workflows and enhance employee experience. Prepare and maintain HR reports, policies, and documentation. Mandatory Requirements: Proven Darwinbox implementation experience. Strong knowledge of HR operations and background verification procedures. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Qualifications: MBA with at least 2 years of relevant experience OR Graduate with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Proficient in HR systems and tools.
