With a 700+ strong workforce, we’re seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to manage and elevate our human resource operations.

Position: Assistant Manager – HR
Work Location: Head Office, Mysuru (with field visits to outlets as required)
Reporting To: HR Manager / Operations Director
Location: Mysuru
Company: Unifresh Foods (Multi-Restaurant Chain over 10+ outlets)
Workforce: 700+ Employees
Experience: 6 Years in HR & Operations
Industry Preference: Hospitality / Hotel & Restaurant / Retail / FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations for multiple restaurant outlets
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Monitor attendance, leave, and shift management across units
• Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.)
• Ensure HR policies and SOPs are followed across all outlets
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
• Work closely with outlet managers to ensure staff well-being and performance
• Conduct HR audits, maintain employee records, and support audits/compliance checks
• Travel to restaurant locations for employee interaction, issue resolution, and training follow-up

Skill Sets Required:

• Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance in a multi-location setup
• Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and statutory regulations
• Excellent communication in English, Kannada & Hindi (preferred)
• Ability to manage field staff, kitchen crew, service teams, and management-level employees
• Skilled in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and data handling
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Flexible to travel and conduct routine HR visits to restaurant outlets
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Educational Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

• Mysore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
