Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR to oversee statutory compliance, payroll processing, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in labor law compliance, payroll management, and employee documentation while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the clients adhere to applicable labor laws, statutory regulations and industry-specific compliance standards.

✅ Payroll Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timely salary disbursement and statutory deductions .

✅ Training : Conduct training programs to educate employees on compliance guidelines and HR best practices.

✅ Government Liaison: Coordinate with regulatory bodies such as the Labour Department, ESIC Dept, PF Dept and other government offices for compliance matters.
