Assistant Manager - HR

SCOPE OF WORK

Manage end-to-end HR operations for a particular function(s) of employees. The person should ensure flawless execution of people, talent, productivity enhancement strategies, and practices that support the business objectives

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

Key Talent Infusion Acquisition

• Responsible for hiring for all positions to fill talent gaps and bring key talent as per the business requirements & talent management actions.

L&D and OD Governance

• Tracking & driving major focused L&D initiatives, involving stakeholders to design a governance plan, and driving the program effectiveness.

Performance Management :

• Work with managers and associates to identify and address performance-related issues
• Provide support to managers on corrective action items, including performance improvement plans and discipline issues
• Identify issues and process capability gaps to improve alignment, manpower productivity, and minimize redundancies

Employee Engagement

• Conduct employee engagement activities for all levels of employees to keep them engaged and pick up early signs of disengagement through the skip-level meetings, other activities

Employee Grievance:

• Facilitate employee grievance handling and build solutions to address them for the long term.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING IN YOU:

• Experience: 3-5yrs
• Qualification: MBA HR (Full Time)

• Proficient in Data Management and analysis
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill
• Open for travelling
