Job Description

Role Overview: The role requires you to demonstrate strong leadership, people management, and operational expertise to align HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring seamless administrative support. Your work location will be in Noida 63, and you will be working from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures. - Mentor the HR team to ensure efficient execution of HR processes and deliverables. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities, surveys, and welfare programs. - Manage HRIS systems and maintain the accuracy of employee data and reporting metrics. - Address and resolve employee grievances, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. - Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports on workforce insights, including employee turnover, attendance, and engagement levels. Qualification Required: - 2-4 years of experience in HR operations with at least a year in a managerial position. - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred). - Strong communication skills; both verbal and written. - Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
