1) Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and following up on inbound leads.
2) Understand customer needs, present product information, and demonstrate product benefits. 3) Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
4) Maintain and update customer databases and sales records using SAP.
1) bachelor's or master's degree
2) 7+ years of experience in BI or Inside Sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
3) Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP
4) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
5) Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and best practices
