Position: Manager / Sr. Manager Experience: 14 to 21 Years of relevant Exp. in Production Planning and Controlling Process or Inventory Control and Management / Supply Chain Management in Electronic Manufacturing Industry Education : BE/Diploma Principal Accountabilities (Roles & Responsibilities) Planning and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and to meet the market demand. Monitor and ensure availability of material as per Demand and delivery schedule. Prepare Capacity plan of complete operations and to feed the capacities in planning system to get order allocations. To ensure right quantity of material is available during times of production. To ensure capacity utilization is in tune with forecast demand at all the time. Measure daily compliance of material deliveries as per PO schedule. Monitoring procurement and availabilities of long lead-time items based on production plan. Monitor & control inventory levels at factory of material based on production plan. Identification of process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner. Conducting root cause analysis on highly technical problems and solving problems that impact work processes. Manage continuous process improvement plan by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in working practices and processes etc. Controlling of work environment through implementation of ESD & work environment and 6S audit. Manage, coach and develop a high performing PPC team that meets companys objective and delivers best practice results. Identification and leading or executing the improvement projects through various techniques or tools like Kaizen, Poka yoke etc. Designing & implementation of Key Performance Indicators within the PPC function.
