Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Guest Relations to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in guest relations or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Develop and implement effective guest relation strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest relations or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
