Job Description We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Assistant Manager – Google Analytics to lead and manage our digital analytics efforts. You will oversee the setup, maintenance, and optimization of our analytics infrastructure (primarily GA4), working closely with different teams to deliver actionable insights that inform business strategy and drive growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and configuration of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) across websites, apps, and digital platforms. Manage and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers, ensuring accurate data collection and event tracking. Build and optimize custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Looker Studio (Google Data Studio). Translate business objectives into analytics measurement strategies, including KPIs, funnels, attribution models, and goal tracking. Identify data trends and user behavior insights to inform marketing strategy, UX improvements, and product development. Perform regular data audits and QA to ensure tagging accuracy and data integrity. Collaborate with digital marketing, product, content, and development teams to integrate analytics requirements into campaigns and product launches. Guide and mentor junior analysts or executives, and contribute to upskilling the broader marketing team on analytics tools. Prepare and present performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in digital analytics with hands-on expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. Proven track record of turning complex data into strategic insights. Proficient in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Excel/Sheets, and data visualization tools. Strong understanding of marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media) and how they integrate with analytics. Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) is a plus. Familiarity with tools like BigQuery, SQL, or Python is an added advantage. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
