Assistant Manager - Google Analytics

• Analyse various websites on its key performance metrics and evaluating performance against competitive market trends
• Explore large datasets of web behaviour trends to provide actionable insights on engagement, conversion funnels, ROI, etc., to improve website performance
• Scope and monitor the impact of website changes for the business and marketing
• Define and deliver at scale reports on user segmentation, lead scoring, and marketing analysis based on customer profiling and segmentation
• Create forecasts using operational and statistical tools and models
• Direct queries and evaluate databases and logs to produce daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Make recommendations regarding process improvements and help develop performance policies and procedures
• Integrated market research using analysis of traffic drivers, user segmentation, competitive scoring and trends
• Experience with testing and usability
• Good Presentation skills including reporting your findings with data visualizations that are easy to understand for all stakeholders and team members

Requirements (Desired skills & experience):-

• Strong quantitative analytical and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of click-stream tracking tools specifically Google Analytics , GA4
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Data Visualization
• 3-5 years of experience in web analysis, online commerce, or related fields
• In-depth knowledge of tag setup, goal creation and tracking, segmentation, filtering, technical checks, data mining and analysis experience using Google analytics
• Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
• Working knowledge of Tableau is an advantage
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Expert at Data visualization and Website dynamics
• 5-6 years of experience in Google Analytics/Data visualization
• Basic Knowhow of Python, Big data, and Mysql.
