Job Description

As an Assistant Manager Global Workforce Management at Sagility, you will play a crucial role in building a forecasting and workforce model to meet the long, medium, and short-term demands. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as a subject matter expert in identifying trends and insights related to operational effectiveness in workforce planning. - Developing actionable metrics for forecasting capabilities and strategic insights. - Conducting statistical analyses and forecasting techniques to extract critical insights and trends. - Designing reports, scorecards, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis to provide valuable workforce insights and KPIs. - Presenting data trends and analysis findings clearly to key stakeholders and demonstrating their implications on the business. - Managing relationships with HR Business partners, Finance, and Operations, and serving as a consultative partner understanding business objectives and HR strategies. - Collaborating with leadership and business partners to identify organizational trends, causes, costs, and potential solutions. - Leading and mentoring multiple teams under your supervision. - Coaching and mentoring planners and schedulers within your team. - Being a strategic thinker to identify areas for revenue improvement, cost reduction, and influencing the account P&L. - Working closely with the finance team to provide accurate information for financial forecasting and budget creation. Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate or Diploma. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Real-Time Analyst. Mandatory Skills: - Highly self-motivated multi-tasker with strong technical documentation skills. - Team player with excellent communication skills for interactions with both internal and external stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical skills. - Excellent English communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of WFM systems such as Avaya CMS, NICE IEX, Cisco, Aspect eWFM, Verint is advantageous. - Familiarity with CRM tools like Avaya, In-contact, and individual/bulk skilling. - Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge in Macros as an added advantage.
