Assistant Manager - Front Office

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our Front Office team at Radisson Blu Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in front office operations and excellent leadership skills.

• Manage front office staff to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless hotel operations and high standards of guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance front office performance, improve customer engagement, and increase revenue.
• Supervise and train new hires to ensure they meet company standards and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and analyze front office metrics, such as occupancy rates, average room rate, and guest feedback, to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new guests and retain existing ones.

• Proven experience in front office management within a reputable hotel or hospitality establishment.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team of front office staff.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems, including property management software and reservation systems.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
