Assistant Manager - FP&A

• Support the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Reports, MIS & Other Reports as and when required.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
• Assist in the development of financial models and business cases
• Monitor and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts
• Identify areas for cost savings and operational efficiencies
• Handling Internal Audit and
• Managing Cash Flow and Working Capital

Qualifications:

• CA Inter and Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of financial software and systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
