Assistant Manager Finance

Job Description –Assistant Manager/Manager Finance ( Taxation)

1. Min 5 Years experience in Direct and Indirect taxation (Income tax, GST etc.)

2. Knowledge and experience of routine finance operations and transactions.

3. Coordinate and manage the tax audits, inquiries and notices from tax authorities

4. Knowledge of Transfer Pricing regulations and experience on its tax assessments.

5. Confident to handle audit firms for review and audits.

6. Maintain documentation and records related to tax filings, provisions and other tax-related activities.

7. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and coordination on tax matters.

8. Experience in handling other countries’ taxation like USA, Middle East, UK etc.

9. Knowledge of STPI compliances and its filing.

10. Strong communications skills.

11. Experienced in handling the direct and indirect tax compliances of multiple countries like Singapore, USA, UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, Vietnam, Canada etc.

12. Must have good understanding for maintenance of the finance records from taxation perspective.

13. Experienced in filing of Income tax returns, GST returns, Advance tax and other tax filings.

14. Finalization of Income tax computations.

15. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

16. Stakeholder management

17. Review tax returns and quarterly/yearly tax projections.

18. Strong skills and experience with Word, Outlook, Excel.
