Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in the SALES industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and field sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales efforts.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and field sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
