Manage communication with overseas buyers to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Identify and develop new export markets, expand business opportunities, and drive international sales.
Handle export documentation including proforma invoices, shipping documents, LC (Letter of Credit) handling, and Bill of Lading.
Coordinate with banks, freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines to ensure smooth export operations.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with international clients while ensuring compliance with global trade regulations.
Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and analyze competitor activity.
Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions to promote company products.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, DGFT policies, and trade finance norms.
Work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor foreign exchange trends and suggest pricing strategies accordingly.
