Assignments: * Develop and implement export strategies to grow international markets and achieve sales targets. * Identify, appoint and manage international distributors/agents and follow procedures for product registration in different countries. * Ensure compliance with the export regulations and documentation in consistent with the international statutory and trade requirements. * Coordinate with the production, logistics and finance departments to ensure timely order execution, shipment and realization of proceeds. * Conduct market research to analyze global trends, competitor activities, pricing structures and customer needs. * Represent the company in international exhibitions, conferences and customer visits. * Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and monitor their ongoing business performance. * Prepare export sales forecasts, MIS reports and performance analysis for management review. Eligibility * Graduate / Postgraduate; candidates with MBA or specialization in International Business preferred. * Minimum six years of experience in export management, preferably in animal health, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals or related industries. * Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation and global logistics. * Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. * Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional foreign languages will be an added advantage. * Strong analytical mindset with proven leadership capabilities. * Willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.
