Your Role

• Act as the functional owner and SPOC for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across manufacturing functions.
• Translate business needs into effective ERP solutions for production, inventory, procurement, and finance.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day ERP operations covering production orders, MRP, inventory movements, and subcontracting.
• Lead business process mapping, standardization, and continuous improvement across plants.
• Own master data governance (Items, BOMs, Routings, Vendors, Work Centers).
• Drive UAT, user training, SOPs, and functional documentation.
• Partner with IT teams and implementation partners to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
• Support MIS, dashboards, audits, and compliance requirements (ISO / GMP, where applicable).

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of ERP functional experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Functional).
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, procurement, and costing.
• Ability to work closely with business users and cross-functional teams.
• Structured thinker with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Commerce / Management.
• MBA / PG in Operations or Systems preferred.
